Cause:
This Event indicates that the System Attendant encountered a problem when trying to generate the Offline Address List (OAL).
The following are the posible causes of this Event:
1. This behavior can occur if a specific Global Catalog Server has been specified by using the Registry, and that server is unavailable.
2. Exchange cannot find details, address, or display templates because of an incorrect legacyExchangeDN value.
3. During an unsuccessful installation of, or removal of Exchange, orphaned Display-Templates were left in the following container:CN=LostAndFoundConfig,CN=Configuration,DC=Domain,DC=com
User Action :
1. Ensure that the "DS Server" value under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Exchange Provider is set to a valid, reachable, Global Catalog Server.
2. Follow the procedures described in Q318237 to ensure that there are no orphaned Display Templates in the LostAndFoundConfig Container and that the LegacyExchangeDN value is valid.
