CAUSE:
This error occurs when the target URL is either busy or incorrect.
RESOLUTION:
Check whether you can connect to the URL specified in the event entry log using a Web browser. If the URL is incorrect, change the PostURL argument for the delivery channel in the instance configuration file. If the URL is correct, try lowering the value of the AsyncPosts argument for the delivery channel. If you do not specify a value, the default value of 16 is used.
