This problem occurs when you use control files to specify a user list file. Migrate users and messages from a Microsoft Mail for PC Networks postoffice by running the Migration Wizard (Mailmig.exe) from a command prompt, the migration may fail.Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5.
