This event might have occurred because IP Security could not validate the trust for the peer’s certificate.
Resolution :
Check thePeer Identity field to determine if the root certificate listed should be trusted. If the root certificate can be trusted, make sure there is a copy of the root certificate in the root machine certificate store, and intermediate chain certificates in the CA machine store. Finally, make sure that your IPsec policy allows that root certificate to be used when talking with this peer. |
