Event InformationAccording to Microsoft

Cause:
Only a member of the sysadmin fixed server role or the original package owner can save a new version of a pre-existing DTS package.
Resolution:
1.Save the DTS package with a different name.
2.Log in as a member of the sysadmin fixed server role or as the original package owner, and then save the package.
