This is an Active Directory internal event. Internal events appear in the Event Viewer only when the default logging level is changed. Most internal events are for informational purposes only. This event is logged when the local domain controller receives a UDP packet that does not contain a complete LDAP request. LDAP requests sent over UDP must be contained in a single packet. This packet was ignored.
No user action is required.
