Event Information
Knowledge Consistency Checker (KCC) was unable to complete the topology for the specified site. An attempt to complete the topology for this site will be made again at the next scheduled KCC interval (the current default is 15 minutes). Attempts will be made until the task is successfully completed.
No user action is required.

1. Check permission to NTDS folder. (You have to change view in folder
options to view NTDS directory). Administrator and System should have full
control.
