This directory replication agent (DRA) couldnt synchronize with a directory. This DRA will continue to synchronize from another DRA. Until this succeeds, this Site Replication service will not accept updates.
Event Information
The directory replication agent (DRA) is responsible for synchronizing with the other directories and accepting directory updates. Directory updates are not accepted until directory synchronization has occurred.
Verify that the Site Replication Service is running on the target server.
