The rule (<rule id>) with sequence number <value> is being disabled due to errors encountered while applying the rule. The public folder is <folder id> on database "<name>".
Event Information
When a rule is triggered, an action is attempted. If the rule is no longer valid, the rule is disabled.
Delete or modify the disabled rule. Following Microsoft articles will give more information about this event.
