| Event Information | Following newsgroup information may help you to resolve this problem:
This event may be generated by emails received from Non-Microsoft mail users
with "Replay To" field in their email . These messages will be
held in "Messages Pending Submission" queue until an NDR
occurs.
You can resolve this issue as follows:
Stop SMTP service, go to the "Queue" folder in "Mailroot".
Open messages with notepad and check for the word "Replay To".
Delete "Reply To" field and save the messages. Restart SMTP
