Description	The consistency checker failed to initialize (error %2). Local consistency updates will be disabled until this server is rebooted.
Event Information	Knowledge Consistency Checker (KCC) did not start. Consistency updates to the replication topology on the local domain controller are disabled. The previous replication topology will be used until the local domain controller is restarted. Restart the domain controller, and then verify that this event log is not logged in Event Viewer again.
