Description	The post was canceled because the response was not received in the allotted time.
Event Information	According to Microsoft : CAUSE: This error occurs when the POST requests to the specified URL do not complete within the time specified in the MaxShutdown value for the delivery channel. RESOLUTION: In the instance configuration file, increase the MaxShutdown value for the delivery channel that uses the URL specified in the event message. If no value is specified, the default value of 180 seconds is used.
