CAUSE:
This error occurs when a delivery channel definition in the configuration file is missing any required arguments, or when it has invalid argument values.
RESOLUTION:
This error should be accompanied by error 7150 or 7152 (or both). For more information about how to fix them, see the help pages for those errors. After you fix errors 7150 and 7152, error 7153 should stop occurring.
