CAUSE:
This error occurs when the distributor encounters an unexpected error in the processing it performs each quantum. The event log entry contains details on the cause of the error.
RESOLUTION:
Examine the event log entry to determine the nature and possible cause of the error. If, for example, the event message indicates that a SQL timeout occurred, the problem might be that there is too much load on your SQL Server computer. In most cases, the distributor simply continues processing at the next quantum. If the error persists, try stopping and restarting the NS$ service.
