Resolution:
The problem has been solved, there were 2 issues:
1. The GWIA neeed to be configured for component addressing, thisstarted the internal mail-flow from Groupwise-Exchange.
2. Article 811117 solved what would have been a problem once mail-flowstarted. it appeared that the addresses, or more specifically, thereply-to addressing would have prevented external recipients from
responding due to the addition of the Groupwise domain informationbeing appended to the email address, the changes in the article enable
the address to be parsed and the groupwise domain information being stripped.
