EXPLANATION:
The message transfer agent (MTA) in Exchange 2000 now uses a GWART.DLL to make a legacy compatible gateway address routing table (GWART). MTA uses MTAROUTE.DLL as the connection between the legacy MTA and the routing engine.
USER ACTION:
Use Network Monitor to capture network traces, then view these traces from Network Monitor for any network issue. Stop and restart the directory service on the site server.
