CAUSE:
This Informational event is logged when Microsoft® Exchange Server cannot deliver a message to the e-mail account specified in the event description.
RESOLUTION:
To resolve this event, do one or more of the following:
1. Make sure that the mailbox does exist and the address is correct.
2. Make sure that your recipient policies are correctly configured.
3. Search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for the specific NDR (Non-Delivery Report) status code specified in the event description.
4. Examine the Application log for related events. |
