The directory requested replication changes from the named directory. As part of the transaction, it returns its server globally unique identifier (GUID), but the last time it was called it returned a different GUID. This can occur if the directory has been reinstalled.
Stop and restart the Site Replication Service. If the error persists, restore the directory database from a backup, or contact Microsoft Product Support Services
