CAUSE: Unable to recover a database because an error occurred after a restore operation.
RESOLUTION: Check the path to the database and log files. Check the status of the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\RestoreInProgress.
